My spray cap is kaput! How do I get a replacement?
The TwistMist dispenser is designed to be reused time and time again. However, the construction of the spray caps means that occasionally they may break with repeated use. Normally they can just be reassembled with a firm push or by reattaching the collection tube. However don’t worry if these steps don’t work – just contact us and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
My glass vial is tight in the dispenser or doesn't fit well. What do I do?
Due to the blown nature of glass, some refill vials may vary slightly in diameter or shape. This shouldn't affect the functionality of your dispenser. However, if you find a tight vial causes the spray button to protrude when fully inserted please follow these steps:
1) Twist the empty dispenser so that the inner mechanism is at the bottom.
2) Insert the spray button and vial as far as they will go into the dispenser.
3) Twist the dispenser to move them upwards.
4) Push the vial down, then twist the dispenser to close it again.
If this continues to be a problem, or you cannot fit your vial into your dispenser at all, then please contact us and we will send you a replacement refill.
My dispenser looks shiny!
The essential oils included within our moisturising TwistMist sanitiser formulations can build up over time on your dispenser as you handle it. This is perfectly normal and won’t affect the function of your dispenser. However, if you feel the need to give it a quick clean to spruce it up, all you need to do is remove your glass refill, wash your dispenser in a little soap and warm water with a soft cloth to remove any residue. Then leave it to dry completely before replacing your refill vial.
