Standard delivery costs are included for free with all orders


Standard delivery is via Royal Mail second class small parcel; delivery times are usually within 2-3 working days after dispatch. All orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

All our items are carefully packaged in recyclable cardboard containers or eco-friendly padded envelopes, secured with fully biodegradable brown packing tape and stuffed with shredded paper to avoid damage.

Please note: We do not currently ship to addresses outside of the United Kingdom.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The Goods are in the original packaging.

  • The Goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

Please include your order number in your email and reason for return.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
